Summary: Our recent stay at this property was disappointing, primarily due to the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. While the location is fantastic, the condition of the home left a lot to be desired. There were multiple areas of visible mold, including on the ceiling and in the bathrooms. The pool cage hadn’t been cleaned in weeks (it looked like)—it was covered in spider webs, mildew, and even had "worn" furniture. Ants were a persistent issue, showing up around the kitchen sink and master bathtub, and we dealt with extremely low water pressure that forced issues with the toilets.The backyard could benefit from mosquito spraying, and overall, the home needs serious TLC. It’s clear this property hasn’t been properly maintained or cared for. Additionally, requiring guests to pick up and return the keys from a location over 20 minutes away is outdated. In this day and age, a digital keypad, lockbox, or having the property manager meet us on-site would be far more appropriate.Great location, but unfortunately the condition of the property does not match the price point. Would not recommend without major improvements.
