Top is a double and bottom is a queen. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Dining room seats six people with five stools at the kitchen island. Cable and internet are included. Ceiling fans through out the home. Side by side washer and dryer. Screened Front porch with furniture. Gas grill available. Concrete driveway with covered porch. Outdoor shower is available for renters to use after a day at the beach. New carpet in all bedrooms. Linens are not included in the rental.
