welcome to this 110 m2 spacious and bright flat in a historical building located next to paseo de gracia and the emblematic centre of barcelona, the eixample district Barcelona’s historic city centre is an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. This residential neighborhood is great for families and provides easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and cultural attractions.

the closest metro station is plaça urquinaona (lines 4 & 5)
the quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "aerobus" at plaça catalunya, in front of "el corte inlges" The cost is around 4.5€

- since 2012 the catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in catalunya contributes with a small fee of 625€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- national and international police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to barcelona, would send information of their ids or passports This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- this apartment uses a self-checkin system via the chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation

check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)

1 parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2 Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3 Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4 Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5 Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6 Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7 Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
