hassle free self check in, close to bridge rd & swan st Only a 10-15 min tram or train ride into the city. great shopping, cafes & bars all around, close to mcg & chapel st + air con and heating in every room!
my house is set up as a short term rental so it is not cluttered with personal possessions yet still has a homely feel to it It is small but comfortable & has everything that a family could need for a holiday rental.
the house has a great courtyard that gets plenty of sunlight
there is a kitchen, living room & 4 bedrooms, 2 of them have walk in robes and an ensuite bathroom, with the other two bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom
the kitchen is well fitted out with all cooking utensils and a microwave, gas cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher & includes essentials like salt & pepper & oil, tea etc
the dining room currently only sits 6 people in the dining table and 2 on the separate island, this current table can be extended (search for ikea extendable table) There is also another dining table in the court yard.
all bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of coat hangers
there are towels in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner & hairdryers
there is a 55” flat screen tv with netflix included
wireless internet is also available throughout the house
there is also a washing machine for your clothes and a drying line in the back yard to dry your clothes
there is a split system air conditioner in every bedroom and the lounge room to keep you cool in summer & warm in winter There is also ducted heating in all bedrooms should you need it.
