getting around:
one 4 seater golf cart and one 6 seater golf cart provided HOWEVER- if there is a failure of any of the golf carts, the owner is not responsible for replacement, but will do their best to have the cart repaired in a timely manner.

this villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room.
