located just east of rt 1 in rehoboth in the forgotten mile this well-appointed, three-level, four-bedroom townhome is close to both rehoboth and dewey beaches Tanger Outlets is less than 2 miles away, and scores of local restaurants within 5 miles. So many mini-golf courses in that same area that you'll never be able to get to all of them in a week! Funland, with bumper cars, rides, and arcade games is 1.2 miles away.
parking for 3 cars, and 2 rehoboth town parking permits included! note that the permits are only required during the summer season

there is also a heated pool (open from memorial day through labor day) exclusively for the 8 units of scarborough square! there is enough parking for 3 cars (and garage space for bikes, scooters, etc). This home backs up to an elementary school with playgrounds, fields, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts for your use (during non-school hours).
it’s just a 09-mile jaunt to the beach via the Turtle Bridge over Silver Lake.
