Another Gorgeously updated 512Retreat Downtown Austin getaway less than 2 mins from UT campus! Our Space was designed for group gatherings with 2 kitchens, full bar area in guest house, hot tub, & 3 full baths. We are 5 mins from 6th street! There are grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. We are also next to Hancock Golf course.
the main house:
3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms as well as 2 living rooms that each have pull out queen sleeper sofas

the guest house: studio style set up with 1 queen size sleeper sofa and a full bathroom with standing shower and separate vanity In the pictures it is the bar area with open shelves, brown leather couch, and tropical decor. booking the guest house gives you and your guests access to the second back patio as well (where the tiki torches and 4 blue chairs are)!
access: guests have full access to main house and courtyard area Back apartment and second back patio will be an additional $250 nightly.
