BTR #1950 Azul Paradise is perfectly packed with amenities to make your visit to IRB spectacular! This 4 bedroom, 3000 sq. ft. house boasts a heated pool with covered cabana, putting green, ping pong table and more games. It includes a street legal golf cart that seats six for trips to the beach and restaurants all over IRB. Three car garage was converted to indoor/outdoor entertainment rooms with ping pong, connect 4, bag toss and more. There is ample off street parking in the circular drive. This is the perfect house for entertainment after the beach and can easily accommodate larger groups.

Summary: Property was as advertised- beautiful. Everything was like the photos. Good neighborhood and easy beach access. Golf cart made local travel easy. A few issues that required maintenance. Spiral staircase was problematic for some of the guests due to physical limitations. Host responded immediately to maintenance issues and had someone at the house to fix it within 30 minutes. Close to bay. Overall, it was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.
