the 105 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor inside an ancient building of the '900 in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of florence, luxuriously renovated with ancient frescoes and high ceilings, large soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms; going into detail the house consists of: a large entrance hall with ancient fresco, two large bedrooms equipped with every comfort; the first room consists of a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, the second bedroom consists of a double bed and a single bed with wardrobe and bedside tables, 1 exclusive bathroom reserved for the master bedroom with crystal shower, 2nd master bathroom also 'it with crystal shower, beautiful living-dining room of approx 30 with antique fresco of the 900, well equipped kitchenette including a balcony. The furniture is new including latex mattresses and wooden slats. Guests can enjoy free WI-FI super fast (Fiber) throughout the apartment, air conditioning, safe, towels, bed linen, bathrobes, disposable slippers, hair dryer, iron, bath foam. No additional costs will be applied for the consumption of energy, water and gas.
