Summary: This unit is a good value for the money in a good location and was nicely updated. Proximity to beach and pools is great. A chest of drawers in the "closet" area would be a great addition. Parking was not as represented to me by the rep I spoke with at booking. There are approximately 30 Sunsuite units and only 10 adjacent unnumbered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. All other available parking for the Sunsuite units is a good walk from the units themselves, some across Tarpon Blvd. The available parking is also used by guests from all over the island visiting the 2 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shops and market on the circle all of which is in front of the old motel building housing these units. We were told it was not advisable to even park "illegally" at the units long enough to unload or we could get a ticket. In the off season maybe no big deal but it was for us.
