Just steps to community heated pool and social scene. Across the street from 127 acre sports park , with tennis, Pickleball, basketball, soccer, croquet and 2 nature/fitness trails. High ceilings and open living concept and beautiful Lake VIEW! Also this unit provides a second porch at the entry of home with plenty of space to sit outside that is all screened. The spacious master bedroom suite has it's own private bathroom & large walk-in closet. The slider off the master bedroom leads onto the screened lanai over looking the lake. Assigned carport parking with your own storage unit. Carport #5 can tandem park 2 vehicles or overflow parking at pool area or along the street.
