parking: no parking is allowed on any street or grassy area within nbv (parking is permitted along holmes blvd and the side streets, by city regulations) RVs, campers, commercial vehicles, and trailers (including boat trailers), may not be parked on the roadway or in a driveway overnight. Each unit driveway is for the exclusive use of that individual unit. Vehicles may not be parked in the main driveway or along the edge of the main driveway. Vehicles must not overhang the driveway and protrude into the roadway.
pets: pets must be leashed at all times when outside There are pooper scooper laws you must collect, bag, and dispose of waste in your trash.
trash: trash receptacles and recycling bins must be kept in the garage They may be put out 12 hours before collection and put back in the garage within 12 hours of collection. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Friday mornings. Recycling pick-up is on Tuesday morning.
