It has a heated indoor pool and large garden backing onto the waterfront.Perfect for families, group getaways, walkers and water sports enthusiasts - you can launch your own kayaks, paddle boards and wind surfers from the bottom of the garden around high tide. Paddle boards can also be hired nearby.The house features a 10m indoor heated swimming pool, four large bedrooms (all with stunning views over the water) and a study with a sofa bed. There are two ensuite bathrooms and two family bathrooms.The open plan kitchen has a dining table for 10 and a comfortable sofa area with plenty of entertainment extras such as a PlayStation and a TV connected to Netflix, Amazon Prime and many more. There is an additional lounge with log burner, large TV with all the streaming apps, board games and a piano all for your enjoyment.Bifold doors open onto the garden and maximise the incredible views. You canrelax outdoors and enjoy the everchanging view of the waterfront. For sunny days there is an outdoor dining table by the water. The garden also has a patio (and patio furniture), gas barbecue and a small fire pit.
