This villa is a very cute and romantic hideaway. The greatest advantage of its location is its being only 15 min away from the beach and 15 min away from some beautiful hiking trails on the nearby 'Alpi Apuane' mountains.
the highway is less than 10 minutes away, so this house is also perfect as a base for day visits to: lucca, pisa, cinque terre, florence, san gimignano, volterra
from june to august the house has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds In the remain of the time we use the additional room for storage.
from september to may the house has 2 bedrooms available and a sofa-bed in the main living-room (the one with the big window in the photos) 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 2 single beds and one double sofa-bed

- the city of camaiore requires a tourist tax that is not included in the airbnb amount, please see below for the details (very important)
- we do not rent for parties
- all members of the party must be 25 or older except in the case of minors accompanied by their parents
water, electricity, bed sheets and towels (one change/week), wifi, final cleaning are all included in the price
- gas
gas is included only up to 5 cubic meters For any additional cubic meter, the price is 8EUR/m3 and will need to be paid at the time of checking out.
