located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with gulfstream park, a very highly sought-after entertainment destination, only 16 miles away from this condo. Gulfstream features thoroughbred racing, two casinos with shopping and dining off Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Just walking distance away is Publix, Winn Dixie, Starbucks, Office Max and some great luncheon spots. a short drive away to hollywood are many great art districts & eating establishments with miami or fort lauderdale about a half hour away in either direction!

we'd love to have you stay for a 3 or 4 month stay Stay for even 6 months and 4 days (184 Days) and you will avoid paying the Florida Logging Stay TAX fees! We strive to delight our guests and request positive and favorable reviews. A tremendous value.....really!
