Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Everything was great, the location is in the very center, the room is new with a large and comfortable bed, the breakfast was tasty and they bring it in the room. One incident did spoil my overall impression though.
Negative: Okay, so the one thing that made me lower the rating significantly was the parking situation and how it was handled by the administrator. We warned that we will be with a car and they booked a spot for us which was just in front of the hotel (you could touch the car from the first floor balcony). When we arrived, there were no cars behind us, and while it was a little tricky to park there, we were ok with it. At night, two other cars parked behind us which made our exit impossible. We warned the administrator that we will be leaving early. When we came out, she just asked "Can you exit?" and dissapeared. So, my colleague and I had to wake up the owners of the cars, some random guests were helping us too, while the administrator was nowhere to be seen. As a result, we were almost an hour late to our work meeting. What was the problem to let us know that the two other cars would be arriving, we could repark and everything would be ok?
