Come and enjoy our beautiful! Deluxe 3 bedroom holiday home (for up to 6 people) based at top rated Beauport holiday park. Available all seasons.

Our modern and comfortable space comprises one double bedroom, twin single bedroom and pull out double bed in living room- including all bedding and towels, shower w/c, an open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen, offering guests an amazing space when cooking and keeping a eye on the children.

Everything you need for a perfect stay:
kitchen has a fridge freezer box, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and all pots and pans, plates and cutlery you are likely to need.
Living/dinning room has a 32 inch tv. Private wi-fi large corner sofa table and chairs for 6 people, gas fire and electric heaters.
Bedroom have comfy mattresses linen, two pillows each and storage spaces.
Wash space have a full height adjustable shower ,basin, towel rail, towels for all guest, separate additional w/c in main bedroom.
External spacious patio area enjoys day-long sunshine (when sunny) table and chairs.

House rules:
Check in time 3pm.
Check out time 10am (late by prior arrangement a surcharge may need to be applied).
Smoking is not allowed within our holiday home.
All guest must stick to site rules no noise and behaviour.

Parking:
There are ample on- site parking available very close to the property.

Pets:
Well-behaved pets.

Guests will receive all access codes and instructions 48 hours before there check in date.

All of our stays are self check in, however we will send all guests our contact details should they need us during their stay.
