Positive: Spacious, warm, well equipped.

Negative: Need more care. Kitchen table wobbly. Overall wears and tears. Can be cleaner. Poor communication from the owner. After my stay the property sent me a message claiming that the bath was damaged and that he was planning to report it to Booking.

Summary: Last resort as everything in Edinburgh was either overpriced or unavailable
