Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Older property but well maintained. Directions were clear and accurate. Location was perfect - just far enough away from the town but an easy drive to get there. Layout of the house was great for multiple families or older youth. The pool table room was a hit with our older boys. Surroundings were peaceful and quiet. When we arrived, all the lights inside had been left on for us which was great since we were arriving after dark. We also loved the variety of books and games that were available.

Negative: There were some minor cleaning issues. The skillets hanging on the wall in the kitchen were greasy and had not been cleaned very well. There was some trash under the couch in the TV room. Both issues were understandable and easy to overlook by housekeeping. Vacasa responded immediately and resolved the issues without any prompting on my part. Very impressive customer service.
