Beautiful newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo directly oceanfront at the beautiful and pristine Northwest Point Condominiums. The beauty of this resort is the tranquility and privacy you feel from the moment you arrive. It's well removed from the crowds of Grace Bay but only a short car ride to all the major attractions. The resort is situated on a fifteen acre tract of land located adjacent to the National Marine Park and Nature Preserve, a 15 minute drive from the Providenciales International Airport , grocery stores, and restaurants in Grace Bay. From the moment you arrive at Northwest Point you can sense the feeling of seclusion. You will often be the only ones on the beach or at the pool. There is a great feeling of privacy but it's not for everyone. While you can be in the action and crowds at Grace Bay, Vista Del Mar is for those who want to escape all the crowds and enjoy the beauty of the island. The beach in either direction is a great nature walk where there is little chance of seeing anyone else.
a one bedroom, one bath, third floor ocean front unit It has been recently renovated with all ceramic tiles floors, fully renovated custom kitchen with quartz countertops. All new bathrooms all new tiles and fixtures. The large balcony is the perfect place for a casual dinner or a glass of wine and a book! Additional housekeeping is available on a per request basis at a reasonable rate. Northwest Point is located at the end of Millenium Highway just past Blue Hills. A car is recommended as you need it to explore the entire island and the array of local attractions. A new 65' flat screen LED wall mounted TV and updated furnishings . The large king bed is ready for a relaxing nights sleep and waking up to beautiful ocean views. the sofa also converts to a sleeper so the condo can accomodate 4 people

Summary: Awesome condo, complex and islandCondo is exactly like the photos, completely updated, very clean and well furnished. Covered balcony overlooking beach/sea is great. We will be back!Complex is quiet, well maintained and has chairs and umbrellas around the pool and on the beach. Walk 20 minutes and you have a fantastic beach to yourselves. You must have a car and if you want to go out to dinner every night this probably isn’t the place to be due to the remote location. Driving to various beaches in the day is no problem.The Island has amazing beaches with snorkeling from the beach in a number of placesBUT – we will not go back in January. We may have been unlucky but the winds were too strong on many days, often making it feel a bit too cold for us.
