The main level houses a generous kitchen and dining space, a large living room, and a third bedroom with another king-size bed. Although there's no cable, each room is equipped with a smart TV. The garage contains a variety of beach and outdoor activity gear for your use, including a grill for outdoor cooking. With tennis/pickleball courts and a pool provided by the association, and the beach just steps away, it's a perfect coastal retreat. Located on the quiet end of Fort Pickens Road, you will find a less crowded beach and the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The free Pensacola Beach Trolley runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day (and there is a stop just across the street) so it's easy to venture down to the main hub of the beach for dining, shopping and entertainment. History buffs will love how close this unit is the to Fort Pickens National Park, and downtown Pensacola is just a short drive away.
