This renovated king bedroom duplex pool home is located on a quiet street very close to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square / Pier area. With the beach only 1/2 block away you can have the best of both worlds. Enjoy the peaceful outdoor pool, Tiki Bar and BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grill. Inside, an open concept living area features a living room with a 65 inch flat screen TV, dining area and a fantastic, well equipped kitchen. Rent the second side for a discounted price during slow season and have one large two king bedroom unit. This unit has 2 single sofa beds sleeping 4 if needed.
the king bedroom has a flat screen tv The couch in the living room folds out to sleep two more people, sleeping 3 total on this side. There is a lock out door which can be open to the other side which sleeps 4 making the whole home sleep 7 total. If you book both sides the second side is half price except during season and holidays.
