Positive: Anna was super lovely and helpful, showing us the ins and outs of the apartment. The space was very comfortable and clean, and we had everything we needed and much more. The sweet treats on the kitchen counter were well received. Location was great, very close to Metro and shops.

Negative: Hauling heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was a challenge, but it was worth it!
