Negative: Stove and Refrigerator Need Servicing, fridge needs defrost, oven cleaned and gas burner outlets cleaned to say on. Kitchen faucet leaks, toilet in bedroom runs / drips, its hard to see because its very slow Kitchen needs sprayed for bugs Floors dirty with sand, needs vacuumed, not moped.
