the first floor opens out onto a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you could need (large oven, induction cook top, walk in pantry and 2nd fridge) to make cooking on holidays a pleasure. Relax and enjoy your meals at the beautiful timber dining table (with seating for 12) or unwind in the living area with large LCD, DVD, wireless music player, 8 x seater couch, games, books & toys for the children.
from the living area you can access the beautiful 1st level, undercover deck area with bbq and outdoor table with seating for 12 where you can listen to the sounds of the ocean or enjoy the spectacular sunrises over the bay
also located on the first floor, you will find the master bedroom, bunk room (4 x bunk) and separate toilet The master bedroom features a king bed, Lcd TV, walk-in robe with cot and en suite with double vanity, walk-in-shower and toilet.
