Positive: The owner was very welcoming , the rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent, there's a variety of items from porridge to cereal toast yogurts jams honey fruits eggs...and more. The place is beautiful and there's a pub just across the road. The lodge is located between Glengarriff and Bantry so if you're visiting the area it's perfect. Great value for money and super friendly. I'd recommend calling the lodge phone before you book online.
