Summary: It's a low-cost but very comfortable hotel.
--I got a fine deal but apparently it's available for as low as 70USD at times, which would be a steal.
--No reception desk but daily cleaning service and they replace your water and tea.
--Not in a tourist area so there is a nice selection of authentic restaurants and cafes nearby.
--Very quiet despite being on a major street and close to a hospital. Apparently the rooms are soundproofed.
--Due to the blackout curtains, soundproofing, and comfortable bed, I slept like a baby for 14+ hrs on the first day after travel. That is the highlight of this place for me.
--The air conditioner works really well. (You have to pay a daily tourist fee in summer season because of this, but that's with every hotel)
--The wifi and hot water were convenient. I don't remember seeing a fridge.
--About 10 min walk from the Evangelismus station.
--The virtual check in is anxiety provoking. If you have access to phone or internet service, it's no problem; but for those coming from abroad, the property should consider giving the wifi code ahead of time so that people who arrive in front of the property can use the property's network to communicate.
--The virtual receptionist communicates well in English. They were able to get me a late night cab when I needed it.
I would go back there and recommend it to others.

Summary: Check in could be a bit challenging especially if you’re arriving outside of the check in window (2-3pm). We were fortunate that one of the staff saw us at the front door and connected us to Yolanda, who facilitated our check in early via phone and then received the keys.
Lobby is very small but clean and quiet. They have a small but cute elevator. Room is tidy/clean (got the mountain view which was very nice). Bed is comfortable. Noise level is minimal (can’t hear the neighbours, traffic noise minimal unless you open the windows). Lots of restaurants and cafes to try out which are all within walking distance. Staff are friendly and hardworking. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet area away from the tourist attractions (which is about 25-30 min walk).

Summary: When I got there nobody was at the reception desk, after a while, 2 guests where coming and they helped me, calling to the hotel number because I couldn't since my phone is from USA, the employee confirmed that I was the guest, sent them a tutorial to open up my room door and give me the keys, in the whole week I've never seen the receptionist, needed to ask people nearby to get to different places

Summary: Apparently, Expedia showed us the price for two people on the webiste, but we booked the room for three people.
Once we arrived, we had to figure out an arrangement with the hosts. They were incredibly friendly. I recommend calling them if there is an issue. However, one more blanket for the third guest would have been nice and the air condition barely cooled down the room.
But all in all, it was a pleasant stay.
