Negative: Well me and my girlfriend booked into Aberdeen house check in starts at 3pm till late anyway we got there at 5:30pm and then turnd us away saying our booking was cancelled it was cancelled at 8:30 that morning how does that make sense so so we had to find another place which was twice the price very unprofessional they showed us the computer it says broken.com had cancelled our booking for not turning up on time we were there in plenty of time it was a big put off. How do we claim our money for the difference back as we were well in the wright and got bamboozled 🤔😔😔😔
