Summary: We had a large gathering for a family event in Glendale. It is close to the stadium, casino and entertainment. It was also fairly close to Sun City where we visited relatives.The house is new as are the furnishings. We had seven adults staying there and there was room for five more. The host was very easy to contact and responded quickly. The pool was awesome with a shelf to sit and dangle legs in the pool under the umbrellas and a deeper part to paddle about. The only downside was road noise as the property backs up to a busy road, but that busy road has everything you need in close proximity.
