next-door to fairview nature park a beautiful 200 acre nature reserve, talbert nature preserve & the santa ana river trail Being so close to the park we do have a company that sprays for bugs and traps mice around the whole property and most guests don't run into any problems but being so close to such a big park their is always a potential.
