Adorable cottage on south side of beautiful Lake Allatoona sitting on 1/2 acre with a gorgeous beachjust a 3 minute walk away. Enjoy access to a gorgeous point where you can put your own hammock up in between trees. With all new flooring, new gas grill, outdoor wood burning fire pit and gas fire pit, you will find yourself right at home. Home overlooks fishing jetty's where some of the best fishing on Lake Allatoona exists. All new furniture and 75 inch TV as you enter makes the home cozy for some great movies. Large TV's upstairs allow for viewing throughout. Huge deck (Just put in new one) is great for entertaining.
what is even better, is that while you will feel like you are completely remote, walmart is around the corner, multiple restaurants are super close, lakepointe sporting complex is close, and even qualusi winery is a 5 minute drive! you have the best of both worlds - remote and access to necessities!
