the 1400 square foot second floor condo, has two bedrooms and two baths with one king bed and two double beds, fully equipped kitchen, private deck, covered carport, interior washer and dryer, access to our tandem kayak, fishing equipment, golf clubs, and beach cruiser bikes all included for your enjoyment The community park right next door has tennis, pickleball and basketball courts overlooking the bay. Restaurants, shopping, and all that Sarasota and St. Armands Circle has to offer are all close by, but once you are at Bayport why would you leave!.
