this lovely condo sleeps 7 guests comfortably and is spacious enough for the entire family The condo has been renovated with vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity sink and large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and twin-sized bed, closet, and attached bath with a tub/combo shower. The dining room table seats 6, and there is a large balcony with outdoor furniture for dinner 'al fresco' if you prefer. The unit has a full washer and dryer for your convenience.

If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
