Summary: Great location & close proximity to the beach and pool. Nice and clean furnishings that make for a great stay!! There was a small misunderstanding, due to laundry previously being located within the unit. The available washers & dryers are now down the hallway in the laundry mat, no longer within the condo as it was in the prior year. The owner was great at communicating & cleared this up with us quickly.
