Positive: The balcony was directly opposite the ocean and afforded us the most beautiful sunsets. Numerous restaurants were within walking distance. The beach itself was beautiful, however, shoes are recommended in the water. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. We asked for someone to come and clean every few days, and it was perfect. They also put in a safe, and the area was full of cameras for safety. We left our things on the beach while snorkeling and were never concerned about them being stolen. There was also a gated area for the car we rented.
Negative: There are a lot of crazy drivers, with very loud stereo systems. Most of the time, it was not an issue. However, a few nights were really loud. That is the inconvenience of living right across from the beach, along the coastal road.
Summary: The perfect way to live locally.
