Summary: The rental had some positives but also a number of issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed (and more), and communication with the property manager was quick and reliable. However, there were several disappointments: the Firestick didn’t work and wasn’t delivered until late Sunday/Monday morning, the living room lighting was very dim, and the back deck was dirty—even the table hadn’t been cleaned. Only one burner on the grill worked, and the back door didn’t lock, which was concerning. The couch was uncomfortable unless you sat on the chaise side. We also didn’t know we needed to bring our own towels for the pool, and there weren’t enough towels provided in general. In addition, the shelves in the fridge door were missing, which made storing items more difficult. With a few improvements, this could be a much better experience.
