Our 22-acre campus extends to the New River, allowing for onsite fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The Master King Suite has a jacuzzi and is located on the main floor with private access to the deck.

Summary: This property is very remote but there is a small town about 10 minutes away. Host is very nice. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was no wi-fi internet, no cell service and no land-line. So we were completely cut off from the outside world and we survived! Host was very apologetic about wi-fi that was cut out by Hurricane Helene and has not been able to be fixed, yet. Only cellular service that works in the area is US Cellular. T-Mobile has a weak signal. Verizon and Spectrum have no service at all. Host told us about that in advance. Land-line phone service was a surprise to her but it was impossible to get anyone out to fix on a Holiday weekend (Thanksgiving). The house is very comfortable. Four bedrooms with lots of room. Great room and well-stocked kitchen with a wood stove is very nice for family gatherings. Lots of DVD movies to watch. Very well furnished. Large deck outside overlooking the river -- beautiful! It was actually nice not having all the distractions of cell phones and internet!
