Summary: This is not a duplex. It is a home with a "mother-in-law" quarters that is blocked off from the rest of the home. It has its own outside entrance. If its occupied during your stay, you will hear them, they will hear you. You will share the same driveway, which will only provide you with room for one car. Anyone else driving with your group will have to park in community parking near the pool. You do not have access to the garage for parking. With that being said, the property manager went out of her way to take care of us. The unit was immaculate, beautifully decorated. Extremely clean and well appointed. Pool and beaches are fantastic. She provided bicycles for us to ride during our stay and was quick to respond to any inquiries that we had during our stay. If I'm in the area again I would 100% book to stay here again, but only if I'm able to book the entire home.
