The upper level includes a second bedroom with a full private bath and a loft area with desk overlooking the living room. A spacious deck includes an outdoor dining table, two lounge chairs, and Weber grill. Single garage parking. Rental includes access to the neighborhood pool and spa as well as access to the heated pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness center and special events at the Estate Club. Some tennis and pickle ball activities may require an additional fee. The Estate Club is a 2 min walk out the front door. Please message or email to inquire about booking.
