Built in 2015, this is a beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo on the 3rd floor (top level) with elevator access. It is very clean and upscale with wood laminate flooring in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a master bath with direct access. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the other room has a queen bed. There is a 3rd bed in the living room-- a queen pullout bed for a total of 3 beds. The large kitchen has beautiful laminate countertops and is fully equipped for cooking/dining. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools, a dining table with an additional 4 chairs, and a table with 4 chairs on the deck as well There is a gas grill for barbecuing on the deck. The deck has a lovely view of the mountains surrounding St. George.
there are high definition smart tvs in the bedrooms and another huge one in the common area High-speed internet is available via WiFi. Comfy couches, throw rug and a storage ottoman accent the great room.
the washroom has new full-size washer and dryer and is stocked with pickleball equipment for 4 players and a basketball for use on the sports court We also supply 6 pool towels for the large heated pool and hot tub.
