Situated in the serenely peaceful gated 24-hour security attended community of Belle Lago, our home is conveniently located right in the middle of all that Southwest Florida has to offer. Our home places you within reach of enjoying a magnificent sunset at one of the areas numerous beaches, seeing the Boston Red Sox as they warm up for next season at jetBlue Park, as well as all the dining and shopping that Naples to Fort Myers has to offer. Literally minutes from landing, you’ll be driving through the gate and by a meticulously manicured, fountain-adorned landscape, and by the conveniently located Clubhouse and walking trails. The house’s three-car garage will protect you from the occasional warm shower and allows you easy access to the house. Or, enter through the front foyer into our favorite room for entertaining, the great room. The house’s 14-foot ceilings accentuate the openness of single-level living and this is most apparent in your great room as it gives full visual access to the lanai, pool, breakfast bar and nook, as well as the family room. The master bed and bath is privately located off the great room on the south side of the house and the three other bedrooms are on the north. Sleeping late is never a problem since every room is practically soundproofed by the house’s construction and every window comes with its own plantation-style shutters to block out the morning sunshine. Or, wake up early and enjoy your morning coffee in the screened in covered lanai, while sitting by the home’s private, heated pool. There’s plenty of farmer’s markets and organic grocers nearby as you start to think of how you’ll be putting together the evening meal with the use of the brand-new Paradise Grill also within the lanai and conveniently located just off the family room. After dinner, relax outdoors as you plan how you’ll be spending your time when not enjoying the comforts of this home…chartering your next deep sea sport fishing adventure, or enjoying the scenic beaches from Captiva and Sanibel Islands down to Naples Pier.
