this is a very charming and stylishly updated unit that is perfect for families or large groups This unit is a 1st-floor unit located in a 4-family private home with its own private entrance. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room. It is located in a quiet, safe, and historic neighborhood. The unit can comfortably fit 12 people (1 Queen, 3 Full, 2 Twins, 1 sofa bed).

central manhattan (times square, madison square garden, etc) is accessible by bus + subway, train, and car from the house. By car - 30 minutes, train - 25-30 minutes, bus + subway - 50 minutes. The train option is probably the least costly because by car you would need to likely pay for parking. The Metro North train ride is approximately $6-7 and the train stop is 15 minute walk from the house. Alternatively, you can Uber to the train station (~3-minute Uber ride).
