- driving or riding in a golf cart can result in serious injury, property damage, or even death You are liable for all medical and legal claims that may arise from using the golf cart.
- you agree to pay for any damage to the cart and agree to accept the payment request if a payment request is sent by us for damages
- anyone seen abusing golf cart terms will forfeit all privileges immediately -- no speeding or reckless driving allowed
