Summary: The rental we were assigned did not match the interior photos advertised. The check-in process was inconvenient for travelers without a car, as there was no shuttle service from the main office to the property. Basic supplies were lacking—there wasn’t enough toilet paper to last the week, and no laundry detergent was provided, despite the request to start a load of towels before departure. Additionally, the cleaning tools were inadequate; the broom and vacuum were more suited for children’s toys than actual use, making it difficult to clean up sand.Unfortunately, some neighboring guests were disruptive, arguing throughout the week, which affected our experience.On a positive note, the location was great, and the beach was just a short walk away.
