Beautiful new camper. Very clean. Large rv cover and large concrete. Most other places don’t have a cover. During our Texas heat with no cover it makes a rv very uncomfortable! You need the cover to keep you cool and out of the rain.Large concrete pad . Some other rentals just sit on grass. So just sit on our concrete covered area and barbecue and watch the barges go by. Has a fire pit with a grill on top of it to cook on.
large king bed With a real king mattress not a rv mattress.The bedroom has a separate AC to keep you cool! There is also a couch that makes in to a bed.This is not a RV park! It is private.
