This Fully Equipped, AMAZINGLY Comfortable and CLEAN rental property is all you need to experience a relaxing vacation when visiting the Mayan Riviera. Located 1 Hour south of Cancun, 30 min. South of Playa del Carmen and 10 min. North of Tulum, and approximately 50 min. north of the NEW Tulum International Airport, CASA CALIDA will make you feel at home.
geared towards families, adult couples and adventure seekers, this casa has all the amenities you will need This two bedroom home features a plush queen size pillow-top bed in the master bedroom with sliding patio doors that lead out onto the back patio and pool area. There are two twin pillow-top mattress beds in the second bedroom which can be fashioned into a King sized bed as well. All of our modern furniture has been designed and hand crafted by a local carpenter and offers plenty of storage for all of your belongings. We have many children's books, toys and games. Please pack a few hangers for clothes that require hanging. We do not have a closet that accommodates that.

if you are looking to go to the beach (which is a 20-min walk/3 min drive) we have all the essentials that will make your day enjoyable We offer 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. We have beach toys and a cooler if you are looking to pack a lunch or refreshments.
