Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The staff were friendly and professional. After I reported that my room had insufficient lighting, they promptly upgraded me to a suite, which I greatly appreciated.

Negative: The room floors were not clean and require daily mopping. The lighting in the rooms was also quite poor. In addition, the breakfast bread was served very cold and had to be reheated upon request. There was no buffet available due to the low number of guests.

Summary: Special thanks to the reception staff for upgrading my room and allowing a late check-out. However, the rest of my stay
