Positive: Great location even though a little off the main road, area was an eye opener in a good way, meant we very much had an authentic Moroccan experience, including camels grazing outside! Mehdi & his brother always available & helpful & the locals were very friendly. Riad was very nice & the layout meant it was very private, would be wonderfully cool indoors in the heat of the summer although a little chilly while we were there, well it was February so not complaining. Close enough to a lot of places worth seeing (Taghazout, Crocopark, the Medina, Souk el Had, Agadir, beach & corniche, the Oufella etc.) & the restaurants we tried were all good & exceptional value, 3 meals, 2 desserts & fruit juices or mocktails for the equivalent of £30 to £40! We would particularly recommend Zaz, Forno Maretta & Casa Hakuna in Tamraght. One tip to pass on is be aware of what we called the Parking Angels, they approach as you park or leave & for a sum they 'look after' your car, I usually gave 10 to 20 Dirham & had no problems, a good system we thought. Our first trip to Morocco but it certainly won't be our last.
