This adorable cottage is located in the historic Kings Terrace neighborhood and just a mile-long stroll to the St. Simons Village Area, Lighthouse and Pier. Bertie’s is quaint, comfortable and perfect for your precious Island time!
This 2 bed, 1.5 bath cottage is the perfect size for a weekend or week-long getaway! Both bedrooms have Queen sized beds, ceiling fans and hardwood floors. A full size updated bathroom is located off the hall between the two bedrooms and features a nice walk in shower with a built-in bench.
The kitchen is well appointed with all of the comforts of home - coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more. There is plenty of counter space for preparing great meals. Kitchen table has seating for 4.
You can enjoy relaxing in either of the 2 separate living rooms. The smaller living room towards the front of the house has ample seating and a 32" flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The larger living room that doubles as a sun room off the kitchen has an abundance of seating, a 42" TV, ceiling fan and a futon. There is a half bath off this living area along with the laundry room.
