Summary: I have to say that some of the reviews make this place seem worse than it actually is. I found the room to be very clean, and serviceable, the only note on the room was it did get a tad bit hot at night but it was an exceptionally hot day in Glendale that day, (middle of August). The bed was very comfortable tho after a long day of travel and being at a festival. I want to say that the service staff were amazing. I had kind of a late check in and I called early in the day to let them know I’d be checking in later and they were 100 percent cool with that. They even offered me an early check in if I wanted to drop my stuff off. I called at around 1130 or midnight and the night staff was super accommodating. The parking was included in the room fee. However many of the parking spaces were compact and we drive an suv, but nothing more than a minor note on that one. The check out staff was also very helpful. If going to an event at the rose bowl this is a great hotel for it. Over all, very happy with my stay.
